Friday the 13th is considered as an unlucky day.Noticed that this year had quite a number of Friday-the-13th day.Bad luck as in losing your things,getting scolded from people, forgotten your homework, missed classes/group meetings, anything! Or all these can also in the same day! That is very possible to occur though.


Those who are superstitious would probably spend the day indoors to avoid any such accidents or bad luck crawling up to them. I wish I could too but I had to attend classes.Wait,this means that I am superstitious too right? [laughs]

Today morning,I was suppose to get back my test result which I had no confidence at all that I would get a good grade for it.To add to my already low self confidence,today is the legendary Friday the 13th.So I went to class feeling scared,nervous,sad,every single negative feeling that you can think of,that is what I was feeling as I was walking to class.The suspense was killing me!


So I did entered class 30 minutes early,that shows how 'excited' I am to know my results.Obviously,after 30 minutes,my lecturer came in and handed the class the test paper.As expected,my result wasn't that good,but not too bad either.Then I thought,it must be because today is the Friday-the-13th!Yup,I blamed the day instead for my result. I checked the paper and realized that my lecturer skipped a 3 marks question on my answer sheet.Wow,I immediately went to my lecturer and asked for my full 3 marks,as that question was easy and I know I will get the full marks for it.After diving the marks,that 3 marks had actually added 5 marks to my paper!Cool! [laughs] And I didn't had any series of unfortunate events today too after class. Just like any other normal day,after class,I had lunch with my friends and went back safely to my room.

Today wasn't such a bad day after all.In conclusion,Friday the 13th is just another day. It all depends on how we see it. Just be positive and treat it as a normal day.That 13 is just a number.I wouldn't be superstitious if it weren't for my test paper...
