The first experiment of this semester is about plants.Bryophyta are non-vascular,photosynthetic plants and are confined to moist areas as they lack of developed tissues that are able to transport nutrients and water (lack of xylem and phloem) .There are three main classes of Bryophyta which are Mosses,Liverworts and Hornworts.Pteridophyta are non-flowering plants,spore-producing and seedless plants.Ferns belong to the class of Pteridophyta.

The main objective of this experiment is to study the main characteristics of species from the different classes of Bryophyta & Pteridophyta and to be able to draw (this one is predictable) and label the important structures of species.This means looking through the microscope and sketching the plant cell we see.

I hope my drawings are nice as I only have to pass up my report next week.I still have not finished it completely.I do have some labelling to do on my drawing so,before I start dirtying my art,I better upload them here first!The next experiment will be conducted in two weeks time.I hope it would not require us to draw complex cells!

I have been so busy this two weeks that I don't even have time to blog.I have been more worried about my Physics test (maybe because of the formulas,although there is only two chapters that came out in the test).

The exams were okay.I could answer them or at least come out with an answer.lols.I even had the time to play computer games too.I am currently playing Pokemon Crystal US.I did solve the game a long time ago but I guess I was too bored that I plan to play again.

I know that I can't always be playing as I have 3 more exams to go but I do have a lot of time to study.So,I better play first,for now.I do learn something while I was studying:

In the last semester,I had Fridays as my resting day (as there was no classes on that day).In this semester,I have Thursdays as my day off.I prefer to have Fridays as my resting day because I will have Saturdays and Sundays as holidays too.Three days in a row with no classes.Well,having Thurdays as a day off is no really preferable because there is classes the next day.

My Fridays classes starts as early as 8 in the morning till 4.30 p.m.!I will feel lazy to study whenever I think about the hours I will be spending there.Most of my classmates are from other states and having classes on Fridays does not encourage them to return to their hometown for only two days (Saturday and Sunday).

Although to day is Thursday and it is supposed to be my resting day,I have tons of things needed to be completed.Let's see mt to-do-list for today:

1. Physics Tutorial (to be discuss tomorrow)
2. Biology Tutorial (didn't mention when to be discuss)
3. Biology summary on a whole chapter (didn't mention when is the due date;probably next week)
4. Physics assignment (dues next week)
5. Maths assignment (dues this month end)

I need to be studying too as my mid-term exams are coming soon!!Time flies when you're having fun..
